– START GRANGER DEMO –

-Introduction to the Granger.-

*Enter Scene, Select Alien team. Select Granger.*

*Actor Spawns.*

-The Granger is one of two selections you can make after joining the Alien team.-

-The Granger is the alien "builder," and can build new structures, and destory old ones.-

-The concept of 'repairing' is irrelevant to the Aliens, as they "heal" over time.-

-A Granger can build a new structure by clicking the left mouse button.-

-Select a structure to Build.-

*Actor brings up the Building Interface*

*Actor chooses to build an acid tube*

-You are provided with an outline of the structure, to help you choose a place to build it-

-Green means you can build the structure here, Red means you can't.-

*Actor Builds the Acid Tube*

-The Structure is now 'Growing'. During this time, the structure does not work, and is very suceptible to Human attack.-

*Structure finishes Growing*

-The Structure is now complete. You've built your first Acid Tube.-

-An Acid Tube will release Acid into the air whenever a human approaches it.-

-Please see the other tutorials for further information on Alien Structures.-

-An Alien builder's responsibilities differ from the Human builder-

-Humans rely on their base for everything. Alien's only need the base to be well guarded. It is self-reliant after that.-

*Human enters base, damages just-built Acid Tube, but dies in the process.*

-The Acid Tube repairs itself over time, and does not require Granger intervention-

-As with humans, there are specific locations that are good for certain structures.-

-If you're interested in building as an Alien, watch a more experienced Granger place structures in game.-

-This will help you understand good base placement.-
