There was a semi-official one that was planned. The main barrier to these kinds of things is the same as with all mods: not enough people play them due to downloads, lack of interest, or whatever. Also, these things tend to take a lot of code.
If you can make it awesome, bundle it with 1.2, and get someone to code it, it'd probably be a good thing.

To be fair, when does the regular person ever spend more than two days on any school assignment anyway? In highschool, it wouldn't matter how much time I was given; I'd do it the day before regardless.

Don't let not being in MG stop you from learning skills like mapping. We don't have any secret documentation. }MG{ Lakitu and Benmachine's admin tools have pretty much solved the griefing issue. Decons can be reverted, jerks muted and banned. Canada is great, see you around.

Well, there are people who understand that women are equals (of both sexes) and there are people who are what we sometimes call crazies.
Sensible authors alternate using he and she in examples.
Crazies shout at you when you try to hold the door for them.
The crazies I don't care for, and what they say is of little consequence. The sane people tend to be considerably more apathetic if there is some unintended "sexism." A lot of women just don't care if there are some "sexist" features of the language.
Anyway, what's more important than forcing people into using she instead of he here and there is working on the cultural shift towards the understanding that all humans, regardless of type or sex are equals. I think that there has been a lot of progress towards that direction. I also see it as a continuing trend. As such, I think extremism is unwarranted.

Mostly we're really long-time players that are also very lazy. Setting up scrims and getting people together is hard work. From time to time, we've had members who have wanted to set things up, but they all got tired of it pretty quick for understandable reasons.
But it's true that the scrims we have had were generally pretty successful. I don't really recall many defeats.

Well, after your month wait, it takes as long as we are indecisive to get you in our throw you on the street. To be honest, it's a better sign if it takes longer.

Hi!
Nice post, I'm impressed. Tremulous development is slow and, uhm, not overly active. However, you might want to check out the project I'm working on. I'm not going to advertise too heavily here, but it's called Plutocracy and you can learn about it from garoth.com. Talk to me if you're interested.
But anyway, nice application. Certainly, your kind of people are generally liked around here. I think at the very least you may be able to get involved in whatever development that may be going on. No promises, no certainty, of course.
(And no, I think most members don't care about your age.)
Edit:
Oh yeah, and Arch is awesome. A few of our members use it, and I play around with it on my laptop.
