Smash Brother's Brawl

The music topic totally digressed, but it's been a good digression.  I put an xbox live tag out there and got no responses, but the smash brother discussion looks to take off.  So to get to the point.  Who owns a Wii, who is getting smash brothers brawl?  It's never too early to take the names of my next victims since it's going to have online play (which I hope does not suck balls). 

By the way, has anyone tried the online for virtual fighter 5 to know if there was enough development to solve fighter lag online?

Yeah I have a wii too. Tbh, SSBB is the reason I bought a wii.

Got a Wii, probably buying it on the release date. I never owned Melee, but I had it borrowed long enough to beat all the challenges and collect most of the trophies.

I've never played it any tournaments or anything, but that's just a rule in general for me with gaming. I never take it that seriously, even if I know I could do well in one. I played in one tournament once, and it was for Battlefield 1942. Payed my 20 bucks, and mopped the floor with some 10 person clan who thought they could take on 20 random strangers. Too bad for them that I was one of them.

I can't wait until SSBB comes out. There's a comic on www.vgcats.com that is pretty sweet. It has a scene from a SSBB match. Yoshi (I think) is killed off by Kirby, Kirby's head is blown off by Snake, then Snake takes off a mask to reveal Raiden.

I loved the first 2, I just hope the controls are good, and online isn't awful.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna use gamecube, since I'm already comfortable using it. The classic controller is supposed to work really well though so who knows.

Marth? Ever heard of Shiek? Peaches A+Down? That move was BANNED in Japanese tournaments, for god's sake.

I can whoop anyones arse with Sheik. I also check the site daily, though todays update was horrible. I could care less about Wario's overalls these updates are getting ridiculous.

You're obviously not acquainted with Marth's ability to kill you at 20% on many stages.
